E-Mail: There is a lot of junk in e-mail these days, and sometimes as much as half of my mail is rejected by my Norton security software.

I also find that some legitimate messages get put automatically into the deleted folder before I see them.

I think it is possible that some of this might be happening on your computers to e-mail that I send. In quite a number of cases, I respond to an order with a price quote, then hear nothing more. I have thought that the person has perhaps lost interest, or doesn't want to conclude the purchase.

But then a few people have come back saying that they had not heard from me on their order when I had in fact responded on the same day the order was received.

My advice is that you check to see that your computer doesn't think mail from me is spam, and that you check the deleted items folder before emptying it.

You deserve an answer to each message, so please let me know if you don't get one.
